At the June 2, 2011 PALCI meeting of official voting representatives (library directors as official voting representatives or their proxies) PALCI approved a new set of bylaws for the organization.

Strategic Plan
PALCI is working toward developing a new Strategic Plan, to be finalized in 2011. As part of this process, PALCI held a member library directors' focus group discussion at its fall 2010 membership meeting. Below are notes from this session. PALCI and its Executive Board encourages you to provide further feedback on the discussion.
